He graduated from Middle East Technical University in 2005 as an Environmental Engineer. In December 2006, he joined the Izmir Development Agency Planning, Programming and Coordination Unit, where I worked for 8 years. İneler, who worked as a strategist responsible for the sustainable development of Izmir, focused on regional analysis and sustainable development tools (Innovation, Eco-efficiency, clusters in different sectors) . Having gained experience in designing program and project management systems, conducting sectoral analyses, and preparing economic and environmental strategies, İneler took part in monitoring and project management duties as well as the grant program programs of the relevant Agency.

After 8 years at İZKA, he started working as EHS Coordinator at JTI. Its main scope was the development of sustainability projects and EHS campaigns. In addition to sustainability projects, sustainability reporting based on GRI standards was one of them. He has been working as General Secretary at İnci Holding since 2015. Working on sustainability projects, corporate governance, compliance management and ethics are the main subjects of his work. Determining company goals and supporting long-term efforts. Strategy and review of the Holding and Board of Directors Strategy; To ensure that actions are taken in line with the decisions of the board of directors and to monitor the suitability of the actions. He has also been working as compliance (ethics) manager at İnci Holding since the first quarter of 2017. Providing training to employees on ethical rules, establishing the ethics management system and organizing the work of the ethics committee are among the basic responsibilities regarding ethics management.
